O'Reilly is Looking for Technical Reviewers

John Osborn, O'Reilly senior editor for .NET and Windows, is looking for technical reviewers to read chapters for three forthcoming titles:

  • C# 3.0 Cookbook  (Developer)
  • Programming .NET 3.0  (Developer)
  • Windows Vista Annoyances  (Power User)

He's looking for both "readiness" and technical reviewers. "Readiness" reviewers browse the entire manuscript and offer an opinion on its quality and readiness for publication, citing strengths, weakness and omissions. Technical reviewers read one or more chapters in detail, test the code examples they contain, and provide feedback on accuracy, conformity to best practice, bugs and omissions.

O'Reilly offers honoraria for both kinds of review, a free copy of the book when published and acknowledgement of the reviewers contribution.
